CENTAMAX™ Series Torsional Couplings
CENTAMAX Series torsional couplings are built for demanding construction applications, offering a self-ventilating design with high thermal capacity to extend equipment life in modern low-emission diesel engines. Their rubber-in-shear construction provides torsional flexibility that shifts critical resonances below operating speed, reducing vibratory torque and protecting machinery. With multiple rubber element hardness options, including high-temperature CENTALAN-HT and silicone, the couplings can be tailored to specific operating conditions.

CENTAFLEX™-R Series Torsional Couplings
CENTAFLEX-R Series torsional couplings are ideal for heavy-duty construction equipment, delivering progressive torsional performance with low stiffness at low torque and increased stiffness at higher torque. Their patented roller design shifts torsional resonance to reduce gear chatter and vibration, ensuring smoother operation in demanding environments. Built with compressed rubber rollers made from temperature-resistant elastomeric materials, they withstand high ambient temperatures and are available in oil-resistant options for added durability.

CENTAFLEX™-TIR Torsionally Soft Couplings
CENTAFLEX-TIR Series torsional couplings are engineered for modern construction equipment, delivering soft progressive characteristics and high allowable power loss to meet the demands of next-generation Stage V engines. Their design enables reduced idling speeds and higher thermal load capacity under alternating loads, resulting in lower fuel consumption, reduced CO2 emissions, and less gear chatter. By allowing system downsizing, such as smaller splitter gearboxes, the CENTAFLEX-TIR improves efficiency while maintaining robust performance.
