Guardian™ FBA Series Flywheel Couplings
Guardian FBA Series flywheel couplings are built for rugged construction applications, offering a one-piece, all-steel design that ensures strength and durability. They attach directly to the engine flywheel for quick installation, with no hub positioning required, allowing hydraulic pumps to be blind fitted into the coupling hub. Elastomeric grommets provide steady damping of engine vibrations while minimizing side loading on the pump shaft, protecting equipment in demanding environments.

Guardian™ Guard-Flex™ Flywheel Couplings
Guardian Guard-Flex flywheel couplings are designed for construction applications where vibration damping and equipment protection are critical. Its torsionally soft, in-shear design acts as a mechanical fuse, safeguarding both the engine and driven equipment in overload conditions. With elastomer options in 45, 55, and 65 shore A durometers, the coupling can be tailored to provide the right balance of stiffness and damping for pumps, compressors, and other construction machinery.

CENTAFLEX™-K Flywheel Couplings
CENTAFLEX™-K series is a compact two-piece coupling with high torsional stiffness and resonance-free operation. Ideally suited for hydrostatic driven construction equipment, lower-horsepower applications are easily handled by the CENTAFLEX-K.

CENTAMAX™ Series Torsional Couplings
CENTAMAX Series torsional couplings are built for demanding construction applications, offering a self-ventilating design with high thermal capacity to extend equipment life in modern low-emission diesel engines. Their rubber-in-shear construction provides torsional flexibility that shifts critical resonances below operating speed, reducing vibratory torque and protecting machinery. With multiple rubber element hardness options, including high-temperature CENTALAN-HT and silicone, the couplings can be tailored to specific operating conditions.

CENTAFLEX™-R Series Torsional Couplings
CENTAFLEX-R Series torsional couplings are ideal for heavy-duty construction equipment, delivering progressive torsional performance with low stiffness at low torque and increased stiffness at higher torque. Their patented roller design shifts torsional resonance to reduce gear chatter and vibration, ensuring smoother operation in demanding environments. Built with compressed rubber rollers made from temperature-resistant elastomeric materials, they withstand high ambient temperatures and are available in oil-resistant options for added durability.

CENTAFLEX™-TIR Torsionally Soft Couplings
CENTAFLEX-TIR Series torsional couplings are engineered for modern construction equipment, delivering soft progressive characteristics and high allowable power loss to meet the demands of next-generation Stage V engines. Their design enables reduced idling speeds and higher thermal load capacity under alternating loads, resulting in lower fuel consumption, reduced CO2 emissions, and less gear chatter. By allowing system downsizing, such as smaller splitter gearboxes, the CENTAFLEX-TIR improves efficiency while maintaining robust performance.
